Dua is the consequence of Salat: (Salat is the intention) you establish your desire, you determine to follow through that desire and (Dua is the act) you seek to accomplish that desire, the wider result from that accomplishment is predetermined as to the conceptual outcome, the laws of the conscious energy (Allah), to invoke a result.
Dua is a natural system, it applies to all, applying no more to a Muslim than to a Satanist, Allah does not use labels, Allah sees each one for their actions, intentions and beliefs, you may call yourself Muslim but your actions may say otherwise, or you may call yourself atheist but your actions may say Muslim, for example.
Dua is not to pray, as much as Salat is not prayer, this Christianisation, or religiousisation of Islam has removed action, removed reason, removed comprehension, so removed true Muslims from the world.
Dua, to seek understanding of your emotional self, and to invoke through that understanding mastery and expansion of your state.
Dua, to seek comprehension of the workings of the physical universe, and to invoke through that comprehension ever great insight, and for a few the use of this insight in the advancement of science.
Dua, to seek knowledge and wisdom of all things worldly and the guidance of the Qur’an, and to invoke through that knowledge and wisdom the evolution of society, culture and arts.
Dua, to seek to help others in their struggles in life, and to invoke through that help safety and protection of the vulnerable and abused.
Dua, to seek to feel compassion and empathy for others, and to invoke through this compassion and empathy the removal of hate and misery from all you interact with.
Dua, to seek to establish a light in the world, and so invoke others to join or emulate your efforts.
Dua, to seek to transform yourself and the people around you, and so invoke within others the truth as a back bone, love as a heart, reason as a mind.
Dua, to seek to accept only the truth no matter the consequences, and invoke the exposure of all lies.
Dua, to seek to protect the Masjid (Earth) as its Caliph (inheritor, custodian), and so invoke the beauty and magnificence of the natural world.
Dua, to seek to protect yourself, family and your community at large, and so invoke fear within the hearts of all who would consider harm upon your community.
Dua, to seek to establish truth, moral virtue, ethical standards and Qur’anic concept within your life, and so invoke the transformation of your true self.
Dua, to seek to be a great Muslim, and to invoke a true connection with Allah who emanates all realities. |
