( INTRODUCTION

This is the 94th Surah with 8 verses.

It has a very powerful message, inviting all humans to what has been laid open for them so humans could commence and continue their affairs with ease, which could otherwise be intricate and difficult.

They are asked not to turn away from this message as otherwise they will become tired and fatigued for lack of these exacting things. On the contrary, if they do not shun it away, they will make their course easier. Carefully analyzing the linguistic make up of all the words used in this chapter, it becomes clear that it is not describing any burden on the back of the Prophet, as Rabb in his infinite wisdom, is using this Book again to bring humanity to guidance, for their own benefit.)

Surah 94: 1 أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ

Haven’t I laid open, revealed and disclosed all to you? You turned away, shunned and forsook it, and distanced yourself, considering it weak or incorrect.

Surah 94: 2 وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ

And we put evidence in place, in front of you, but you closed your eyes.

Surah 94: 3 الَّذِي أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ

This is what makes you into nothing. When this evidence becomes perceptible, manifest and evident after having been concealed or latent to your perception.

Surah 94: 4 وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ

We lift this up and take it to you, so you remember the forgotten and become reminded of it.

Surah 94: 5 فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

And thereupon, commence and continue the affair that had become difficult and intricate. Now made simple, so making your conduct and course easier.

Surah 94: 6 إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

Truly, commence and continue now using this guiding course, in place of what had become difficult and intricate. Now simple, so making your conduct and course easier.

Surah 94: 7 فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانصَبْ

Observe your actions with caution! Watch and guard yourselves, or became completely lacking in reason and contain nothing of the stated exacting attributes, as a consequence becoming tired fatigued and wearied.

Surah 94: 8 وَإِلَى رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ

So come towards your Sustainer, Maintainer and Fosterer, and as a consequence be broad in your choices, and plentiful in accomplishing what you desire.
